I love the luggage! We are packed and ready to go on our next adventure. We were able to get everything the two of us needed for 19 days in Europe in one check in bag and 2 carry ons. With that being said, customer service is not great. We were missing the check in bag and while customer service is opening up an investigation with UPS because it showed both pieces were delivered, the shipping department is just shipping it. I am still waiting for my weekender bag (since the beginning of May) but it seems that is a very popular item and I will just have to wait. Overall I am very satisfied.

All I can say is GET IT! It’s amazing. The quality is 11 out of 10! We are a penny pinching family so of course we hesitated to spend the extra money but the lifetime warranty they gave us and the $50 e-gift card did help. Buy all your accessories at once because you are gonna want them once you get your 1st order.
